Saw FCI’s 5-star reviews on YELP and had them come for an in-home measurement Estimate. Mark scheduled a meeting right away, showing the different material options and colors to select from. Completely measured the space for my new flooring and gave me an Estimate that same day with competitive pricing. FCI ordered my custom SPC Vinal Plank and carpet I chose and scheduled the install appointment right away. Felipe and the Install Team did an EXCELLENT job and is a true craftsman with both the SPC vinyl plank and carpet for my stairs. My sub-floor had preexisting soft spots, and Felipe replaced all the plyboard needed on my sub-floor to fix my problem area. They arrived on time each day and finished the project on schedule. Also, there were no hidden fees or last minute addons, the price on my estimate was the price I paid for the complete project. Update! I needed some repair work done and this company came through for me and did amazing work! Felipe and Chewy were awesome and are an incredible team. Justin the new owner was quick to respond and get things scheduled as soon as possible. He even showed up to ensure I was completely satisfied! If you need new floors this is the company and the folks you want! 10+ stars! Mark Chapman the owner personally made sure that all the details were worked out and taken care of. I had some obstacles with water intrusion which delayed my project, but thankfully the team continued to work on what they were able to while I had the area by my windows repaired. Mark was on top of the project at all times. He would drop by to check on things throughout the job! His team of Felipe and Chewy were beyond amazing and were so kind, polite, and thoughtful throughout the project. They went above and beyond in all that they did which sheds a good light on the teamwork, the company and on Mark Chapman the owner. Each day they cleaned up all the mess and were always on time or early to start the next day. My floors look amazing and the product is superb! I received three quotes and Mark’s bid was definitely better for the exact same product! Five stars! I’d give 10 stars if I could! This company and Felipe and Chewy definitely deserve it!

Mark was great to work with and I will definitely use his company again for any future flooring needs! My husband and I had a tight timeline to have carpet replaced with vinyl before moving in. Mark was able to squeeze us in short notice and even picked up the flooring himself from the warehouse to make sure our job started on time!
